Aron Das Gupta read business law and intellectual property law at Leiden University. He was admitted to the bar as a Dutch attorney-at-law (advocaat) in 2000. Aron specializes in commercial law, intellectual property law and litigation. Aron’s practice has a strong international focus and comprises mostly advising clients on commercial contracts, exploitation models and on litigation strategy including representing clients at Dutch courts and at various arbitration tribunals. Before joining Bavelaar Advocaten, he was partner at one of the larger internationally oriented law firms where he co-headed the commercial litigation and intellectual property law sections. Aron lectures civil procedural law (litigation) at the vocational training given by the Netherlands Bar Association (Nederlandse Orde van Advocaten) and at the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences.
